ACCOMMODATION
 Delegates will be hosted at  Hotel Mercure, Creolia

Single room and Double room (same price) per person per night including tax and breakfast: 115 € for the first 20 reservations, 146 € after. Those prices and room availability are guaranteed until the 1 August.  Payment can be made on arrival at the hotel.

REGISTRATION
The registration fee is 200 €, excluding accommodation, but including refreshments, lunches and tour. Dinners will probably be sponsored.

Accompanying persons are welcome, specific arrangements can be made on request.

The final date for registration is 1 August 2008. After that deadline, it is still possible to register but Hotel price is no more guaranteed.

In addition, all delegates must be fully paid up Members of the ISSCT, which is at a cost of US$100 per person and must be settled before registration (http://www.issct.org/mem.htm).

VISA
